Before you call
- Is it per user?
- No. The price is per property, and you can add as many staff accounts as the property needs — front office, housekeeping, gate, management — each with their own permissions.
- What if I run more than one property?
- Each property is priced the same and sits under one account, so you sign in once and can see across the group.
- Is the OTA channel manager extra?
- No. Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda connections are part of the price, not a separate subscription.
- What does the setup fee cover?
- Covers configuration of your rates, resources and tax settings, plus training for your team.
